All preschool providers and family child care providers in the city of San Francisco are eligible and encouraged to participate in this quality improvement initiative.

Currently, prioritized scheduling is given to centers and homes within the following zip codes: 94102, 94103, 94104, 94105, 94107, 94108, 94109, 94110, 94111, 94112, 94115, 94117, 94118, 94121, 94124, 94133, & 94134. Priority is also given to infant/toddler care givers who were participants in the Bright Beginnings program and Wages Plus participants.
